Breathtaking view from the heights

The panoramic site “Eagle Eye” is one of the most impressive tourist facilities in the Rhodopes, located about 35 km from Devin, near the village of Yagodina. This unique structure was built at 1563 meters above sea level, on the edge of a 280-meter sheer cliff above the Buynovo Gorge.

The metal platform rises 15 meters above the abyss and offers a 360-degree panoramic view of the majestic Rhodopes. On clear days from here you can see the peaks of Pirin and Rila, as well as the distant outlines of the Greek mountains.

How to get from Devin

By car:

• From Devin to the village of Yagodina (35 km, about 50 minutes)
• From Yagodina to the area “Sveti Iliya” by asphalt road (4 km)
• The last 500 meters are covered on foot along a marked path

With organized transport:

• Regular buses Devin-Trigrad with connection to Jagodina
• Specialized jeep tours from Devin to the playground

• November-April: 10:00-16:00 (weather permitting)

Entrance fees:

• Adults: 5 BGN
• Children up to 12 years: 2 BGN

Important tips:

• Not recommended for people with acrophobia (fear of heights)
• Avoid visiting in strong wind or bad weather
• Wear suitable shoes with good grip
• It is advisable to visit the site early in the morning for the best visibility
